Kitten Season in High Gear
Written by Administrator
Tuesday, 16 June 2009

It's official -- kitten season is here, and going strong once again.  In May we set a new single-day record admitting 114 cats and kittens for spay/Neuter at our montly Care Day (another 10 for medical care). Although only 2 weeks had elapsed since our big May event, we still admitted 67 cats and kittens for spay/neuter at our June Care Day (another 6 for medical care).

Remember, get those kittens spayed/neutered before adoption. FBI's vets will perform surgeries on healthy kittens as small as 2 lbs., which is about 2 months of age.

Welcome to Feral Bueau of Indiana

Thank you for visiting the Feral Bureau of Indiana, Inc. ("FBI")! We are an Indiana non-profit corporation  dedicated to elevating the quality of life of unowned, free-roaming (stray and feral) cats in central Indiana while reducing the populations. This requires the community to understand and assist in the solution.

FBI is a small organization formed in May, 2007. Our main focus is to provide a resource for Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for residents of central Indiana., although we don't impose geographic boundaries on those we serve!

FBI receives no government funding and our funding is provided 100% by private donations. Please consider making a donation to help us continue our work, and to improve the lives of homeless cats.
